Job Details
We offer an excellent remuneration and benefits package commensurate with experience and qualifications for the following position(s) to the right candidate:
Waiter / Waitress
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the successful candidate will be required to work on rotation basis in the restaurant and banqueting areas. He/she is expected to provide Members and their guests with distinctive, high quality and personalised service. Enthusiastic graduates with a positive attitude, passion for the job and commitment to excellence are welcome to apply.
Key Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position in a fine-dining restaurant
- Good command of English and Cantonese (Both oral & written)
- Pleasant personality, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
- Strong wine knowledge would be a definite advantage
F&B Trainee
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the successful candidate will be required to work on rotation basis in the restaurant and banqueting areas. He/she is expected to learn providing Members and their guests with distinctive, high quality and personalised service. Enthusiastic graduates with a positive attitude, passion for the job and commitment to excellence are welcome to apply. Upon completion of the trainee programme, the person is likely to be promoted to Waiter / Waitress.
Key Job Requirements:
- Good command of English and Cantonese (Both oral & written)
- Pleasant personality, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
- Completion of relevant studies would be a definite advantage
