Fitness Centre Manager

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of the Fitness Centre and responsible for managing its staff, equipment and daily operation, providing Members with professional fitness instruction, care and attention; as well as ensuring their well-being and safety
  • Support for all the Club’s sporting and related activities, including Golf, Squash, Snooker and Hiking tours

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Recreation, Sports, Fitness or related
  • National or international accredited fitness qualification
  • Holder of a valid First Aid, CPR & AED certificate
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Good sense of the latest fitness, sports and recreational facilities trends
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English
  • Good management and leadership skills, able to think clearly, analyse and resolve problems, while exercising good judgment
  • Confident, enthusiastic, organised and self-motivated, responsible and reliable
  • Outgoing personality, open-minded, flexible and service-oriented
Stewarding Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading a team of Stewarding Attendants, Housekeeping Attendants, Public Area Attendants and Fitness Centre Attendants to ensure the smooth operation for the Back of the House
  • Maintain a high hygiene and safety standard

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Hotel or Catering Industry
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Knowledge of stewarding management and public area production skills
  • Knowledge of HACCP Systems and ISO 22000 is an advantage
  • Proactive, self-motivated, passionate about work and able to demonstrate flexibility towards change
Waiter / Waitress 男 / 女侍應生

Responsibilities:

  • Require to work on rotation basis in the restaurant and banqueting areas
  • To provide Members and their guests with distinctive, high quality and personalised service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in a fine-dining restaurant
  • Good command of English and Cantonese (Both oral & written)
  • Pleasant personality, well presented, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Completion of relevant studies and wine knowledge would be a definite advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Waiter / Waitress
Part-time Waiter / Waitress (Hourly rate) 兼職男 / 女侍應生 (以時薪計算)

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily operation, upkeep, cleanliness and safety of the Bowling Alley

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary graduate or certificate holder of Sports & Recreation
  • Knowledge of bowling center operations, scoring & rules of bowling games
  • General knowledge of the game of billiards will be an advantage

Senior Cook – Cold Kitchen 資深廚師 – 冷凍廚房

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and production of all cold food items for A La Carte, Buffets, Cocktails, Banquet and Daily Mise-en-place

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an internationally recognized reputed restaurant, hotel or catering industry
  • Knowledge of HACCP Systems and ISO 22000 is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Chinese & English

  • Responsible for the preparation and production of all food items for the daily operation of the Red Room Kitchen.
  • Require to participate in the daily mise-en-place for soups, meat, gravies, vegetables, desserts and salads.
  • Consistently achieve the high standards of food preparation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in an internationally recognized reputed restaurant, hotel or catering industry
  • Knowledge of HACCP Systems and ISO 22000 is an advantage

Housekeeping Attendant 管家部服務員

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the cleaning duties, general miscellaneous duties and labour work required to move furniture

Requirements:

  • Polite and outgoing, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a similar position is preferable
  • Knowledge of cleaning skills and basic service would be an advantage

IT Assistant 資訊科技助理

Responsibilities:

  • To provide helpdesk and technical support for users in the areas of desktop computing and applications assigned by IT Manager
  • To troubleshoot the hardware and software in PCs, networking and Hospitality POS System such as Oracle (MICROS) / Infrasys and configuration management of PCs
  • To participate in the implementation of the IT infrastructure (WAN/LAN, software, hardware, communications).
  • To provide IT hardware inventory support, maintain software license/hardware and inventory list.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by IT Manager

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science/ IT/ related discipline
  • At least 2 years solid IT support experience
  • Solid Experience with supporting MS platform & applications and Windows Servers (E.g. Microsoft Office 2016/Outlook 2016/Server 2012 or Server 2016
  • Good knowledge of Hospitality POS System such as Oracle (MICROS) / Infrasys 
  • Good knowledge of Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology
  • Strong IT troubleshooting skills & users oriented
  • Knowledge in HTML and PHP web programming is an advantage

Section Head / Cold Kitchen

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Garde-manger in daily operation of Cold Kitchen
  • Required to deputize for Garde-manger during his absence, including staff control, food order and quality control

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position & Western Kitchen Operation either in hotels or restaurants
  • Sound knowledge of food and beverage management and production skills

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the preparation and production of all Thai items for buffet and a la carte

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of HACCP Systems and ISO 22000 is an advantage
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English

Store & Receiving Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for checking & counting all incoming goods according to the purchase order
  • Ensure that the goods received are in good quality and all store requisitions are delivered correctly
  • Assist the Assistant Store Officer in recording all incoming and outgoing stocks

Requirements:

  • Secondary School graduate or above
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hotel or catering industry
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of receiving procedures
  • Knowledge of computerization in purchasing and receiving system
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player, pleasant, strict and trustful
Internship Programme 實習生計劃

Responsibilities:

  • Under the internship programme, the selected candidate will have intensive cross-functional job rotations in 2 core departments to gain in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience
