Hygiene Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce all aspects of quality systems, including food safety and hygiene matters, in accordance with FSMS / HACCP standards and requirements
  • Work with ISO team in an implementation of Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) management system
  • Manage and review food safety and hygiene systems for an establishments of Club policies, procedures, guidelines, working instructions and records on FSMS / HACCP / OH&S system
  • Monitor the implementation and maintenance of FSMS / HACCP / OH&S system
  • Monitor food production flow, cleaning standards of all equipment and pest control
  • Lead FSMS / HACCP team to achieve FSMS / HACCP capability and certification
  • Lead and conduct quality inspections and audits with written reports
  • Acts as focal point for internal and external auditors, resolve with solutions in case discrepancies are found
  • Plan and arrange regular food tests by an external laboratory for microbiological and chemical testing, report the results for management’s review
  • Identify and investigate the root causes of complaints related to FSMS / HACCP / OH&S system and prepare an implementation / recommendation plan of corrective and preventive actions
  • Arrange and attend monthly FSMS / HACCP / OH&S meetings and submit a monthly report for management’s review
  • Plan and submit all relevant budgets concerning FSMS / HACCP training and audit, equipment and improvement works
  • Conduct FSMS / HACCP-related trainings to all food handling employees

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in a similar position, preferably in an internationally recognized reputed restaurant, hotel or catering industry
  • Degree holder in Food Science or related discipline
  • Possess Food Hygiene Certificate for Hygiene Manager or relevant certificates / courses
  • A holder of certificate of occupational safety management is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP System and/or ISO certifications
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills and decision-making skills with solid experience of project management
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated and demonstrates flexibility towards changes
Senior Fitness Instructor

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Fitness Centre Manager in supervising the overall operation of the Fitness Centre
  • Provide excellent service and attention for Members using the Fitness Centre
  • Keep abreast of the changing trends in health and fitness industry so as to provide up to date information to Management and Members
  • Assist enforcing Club by-laws and policies, especially those relating to safety and conduct in the Gym
  • Patrol the Fitness Centre area and report the irregularities, including lightings, air-conditioning, facilities, cleanliness, signage, etc.
  • Provide one-to-one instruction for using gym machines and teach, demonstrate the correct techniques and  educate the Members to complete the exercise in a safe manner
  • Perform basic fitness assessment and to be competent in exercise prescription based on the assessment
  • Assist in the preparation and evaluation of organizing sports programmes or outdoor events
  • Answer all incoming calls including enquiries, complaints, etc, and handle them in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Prepare breakdown of the booking of the facilities, reservation of group classes / sports activities and bills on monthly basis
  • Carry out the administrative works, including take bookings, handle quotations and invoices, issue purchase orders, assist to plan the departmental budget etc.

Requirements:

  • Passion for health and fitness with at least 3 years’ experience in similar position in fitness club operations
  • Sound knowledge of the operation of fitness equipment
  • NASM Certification or equivalent qualification is essential
  • CPR / AED / First Aid Certificate holder is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent administrative skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently with an outgoing personality
  • Proactive, self-motivated and demonstrates flexibility towards changes
Waiter / Waitress 侍 應 生

Responsibilities:

  • Require to work on rotation basis in the restaurant and banqueting areas
  • To provide Members and their guests with distinctive, high quality and personalised service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a fine-dining / casual-dining restaurant
  • Good command of English and Cantonese (Both oral & written)
  • Pleasant personality, well presented, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Completion of relevant studies and wine knowledge would be a definite advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Waiter / Waitress
Staff Canteen Cook 員工餐廳廚師

Responsibilities:

  • 負責於員工餐廳預備食材及烹調食物,包括中式菜式
  • 協助分部主管營運員工餐廳
Part-time Waiter / Waitress (Hourly rate) 兼職男 / 女侍應生 (以時薪計算)

Internship Programme 實習生計劃

Responsibilities:

  • Under the internship programme, the selected candidate will have intensive cross-functional job rotations in 2 core departments to gain in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience

  • Enthusiastic candidate studying in the tertiary educational institutions
