Management Trainee

Responsibilities:

  • This Management Trainee Programme is designed for hospitality undergraduates to continue to foster their professional development in Club operations. The Management Trainee will go through a 12-month training programme in multiple departments, gaining exposure from hands-on operation and management mentorship

Requirements:

  • Fresh Bachelor degree holder who has a passion for the job and commitment to excellence
  • Mature, well-presented, service-oriented and with good communication skills
  • Sound written and spoken ability in English and Chinese
Store & Receiving Coordinator 貨倉及收貨協調員

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for checking & counting all incoming goods according to the purchase order
  • Ensure that the goods received are in good quality and all store requisitions are delivered correctly
  • Assist the Assistant Store Officer in recording all incoming and outgoing stocks

Requirements:

  • Secondary School graduate or above
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hotel or catering industry
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of receiving procedures
  • Knowledge of computerization in purchasing and receiving system
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Required to work on rotation basis in the dining area
  • Provide Members and their guests a pleasant and memorable dining experience with distinctive, high quality and personalized service
  • Responsible for monitoring the setup, maintenance, cleanliness and safety of dining areas
  • Provide the training to the F&B Waiter / Waitress

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an internationally recognized reputed restaurant, hotel or catering industry
  • Good command of English and Cantonese (Both oral & written)
  • Pleasant personality, well presented, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Completion of relevant studies and wine knowledge would be a definite advantage
  • Knowledge of HACCP Systems and ISO 22000 is an advantage
Waiter / Waitress 侍應生

Responsibilities:

  • Require to work on rotation basis in the restaurant and banqueting areas
  • To provide Members and their guests with distinctive, high quality and personalised service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in a fine-dining restaurant
  • Good command of English and Cantonese (Both oral & written)

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Kitchen Outlet Head ( 廚 房 分 部 主 管)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and supervising staff in the efficiency of running the western kitchen, including buffet lunch, a la carte and snack menu
  • Ensure to consistently achieve the high quality and standard of food preparation 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an internationally recognized reputed restaurant, hotel or catering industry
  • Experience in menu creation and menu presentation
  • Knowledge of food order process and food cost control
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Word & Excel

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the preparation and production of all food items for the daily operation of the Hot Kitchen (The Fine Dining Kitchen / The Grill Room) 
  • Participate in the daily mise-en-place for soups, meat, gravies, vegetables, desserts and salads
  • Ensure to consistently achieve the high standards of food preparation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in an internationally recognized reputed restaurant, hotel or catering industry
  • Knowledge of HACCP Systems and ISO 22000 is an advantage

  • Knowledge of bowling center operations, scoring & rules of bowling games
  • General knowledge of the game of billiards will be an advantage
