Management Trainee

Responsibilities:

  • This Management Trainee Programme is designed for hospitality undergraduates to continue to foster their professional development in Club operations. The Management Trainee will go through a 12-month training programme in multiple departments, gaining exposure from hands-on operation and management mentorship

Requirements:

  • Fresh Bachelor degree holder who has a passion for the job and commitment to excellence
  • Mature, well-presented, service-oriented and with good communication skills
  • Sound written and spoken ability in English and Chinese
Membership Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the systems relating to the procedures for selecting candidates for membership
  • Administer all Club promotions to Members via internal communication channels, email and social media
  • Handle the administrative procedures for various types of Members
  • Attend meetings and provide administrative and secretarial support to the General Committee and all Sub-Committees and working groups
  • Provide support to the Annual General Meeting, Extraordinary General Meetings
  • Compilation of monthly Club News and reports
  • Plan and prepare annual budgets in accordance with marketing strategies and membership policy

Requirements:

  • Excellent inter-personal and organisation skills
  • Minimum 5 years Personal Assistant or Administrator; Management experience
  • Full Secretarial / Business Studies or relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Excellent oral and written English
  • Pro-actively engage and participate in effective communications within the Club
Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all the marketing-related activities and projects to ensure the promotion information has been delivered to the relevant parties

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hotel or catering industry
  • Knowledge of general food & beverage concepts and operations highly desirable
  • Poster and pamphlet design (Microsoft Publishing familiarity or similar), website supervision knowledge and data processing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel), experience in using PS or AI is an advantage
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
  • Good organization, communications and interpersonal skills
  • Have a pleasant personality, service-oriented and good multi-tasking skills
  • Have a positive attitude, passion for the job and commitment to excellence
  • Creative with marketing sense, self-motivated, detailed-oriented
Chef De Cuisine

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the planning and supervision of the Jackson Room Kitchen (The Grill Room)
  • Provide the highest and consistent food quality standards to Members and guest, in accordance with the hygiene and safety standard of the Club
  • Assist the Executive Chef in the development of the annual food & beverage promotion plan, the yearly budget control and resources management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an internationally recognized reputed restaurant, hotel or catering industry
  • Proficiency in classical and contemporary European culinary skills
  • Knowledge of food cost control
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Knowledge of HACCP Systems and ISO 22000 is a must
  • Excellent leadership with good analytical skills and good problem solving skills
  • Creative, Proactive, self-motivated, passionate about food and able to demonstrate flexibility towards change
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
Waiter / Waitress 侍 應 生

Responsibilities:

  • Require to work on rotation basis in the restaurant and banqueting areas
  • To provide Members and their guests with distinctive, high quality and personalised service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in a fine-dining restaurant
  • Good command of English and Cantonese (Both oral & written)
  • Pleasant personality, well presented, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Completion of relevant studies and wine knowledge would be a definite advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Waiter / Waitress
Security Guard 保 安 員

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety & security of the Club, in accordance with the safety & security policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid Hong Kong Security Personal Permit
  • Hold a Certified First Aid Certificate
  • Relevant experience in hotel / club would be a definite advantage
  • Have knowledge of a variety of security equipment and systems
  • Have a good command of English and Cantonese (Both oral & written)
  • Be honest and self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Housekeeping Attendant 管 家 部 服 務 員

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the cleaning duties, general miscellaneous duties and labour work required to move furniture 負責會所的清潔、雜務及搬運等工作

Requirements:

  • Polite and outgoing, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills 殷勤有禮、主動、懂待人接物
  • Experience in a similar position is preferable 具相關工作經驗
  • Knowledge of cleaning skills and basic service would be an advantage 明白基本服務態度、掌握正確清潔程序及技巧,將優先考慮
Part-time Waiter / Waitress (Hourly rate) 兼職男 / 女侍應生 (以時薪計算)

Responsibilities:

  • Require to work on rotation basis in the restaurant and banqueting areas

Responsibilities:

  • Under the internship programme, the selected candidate will have intensive cross-functional job rotations in 2 core departments to gain in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic candidate studying in the tertiary educational institutions
  • A positive attitude, passion for the job and commitment to excellence
  • Pleasant personality, well presented, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Cantonese (Both oral & written)
